STILL DOING STUFF...
I have a heel issue, that pretty much sucks.
Now the air is getting crisp...and I feel as though my body is too.
adjustment period....gets longer as the years go on.
but I'll still be running, blowflexing and abs and what ever else I can fit in.
Rock on....
and she still going....
I'm still running, working out, still very active....just not blogging about it. SO THERE- I'm not too old!

Well...I've decided put a pause on anymore blog entries for Dee-Runs...because Dee just isn't running much anymore. My hips hurt too much to run. I still doing treadmill walking w/ intense treadmill workouts, plus abs & blowflex...but until I get back into a regular running routine...I'll be silent. I'm I too old to run? Is it my Vit- D levels?? Walking is much better, less pain - usually not much. I did just order some Vegan Joint Glucosamine...so we will see. Hope to see you soon!

11/15 (sun) - 3 mile walk treadmill
**major right calf cramp - veins? - 11/10 NO pulled muscle!
11/10 (Tues)- abs 1,2,3,4 - OMG my calf my calf- must rest

11/14 (sat) 2 mile run outside

11/6 (Fri)- Abs 4; blowflex (resting hip / abs sore still - cool!)
11/7 (Sat)- 3 mile run outside (paid for it sunday)
11/8 (Sun)-abs 1,2 & 4
11/3 (Tues)- abs 1,2,4; 2 mile intense treadmill/ walked 1.5+ miles outsdie

10/28 (Weds)- Abs 2 & 4/ blowflex (hips really bothered me BOTH)
10/29 (Thus) Abs 3 & 4 / 3 mile run outside - felt pretty good!
10/30 (Fri) - 2Abs 3 & 4 / 2 miles intense treadmill

**decided to take it easy on the regular scheduled blowflex since we had firewood delivered and I did all the wheelbarrel work and stacked, altogether 5 cords of wood Sunday.
