11/11 (Weds)- blowflex- chiropractor
11/12 (Thus) rest
11/13 (Fri) abs & blowflex
11/14 (sat) 2 mile run outside
11/15 (sun) - 3 mile walk treadmill
**major right calf cramp - veins? - 11/10 NO pulled muscle!
