Sun. - 17 qrts of Pickled Beets - well I did instead of running.
Mon. - 3 miles
Tues. - 4 miles - seemed colder then 45 degrees too!
Weds. - 3 miles
Thus. - rest
Fri. - 3 miles
Sat. - oops didn't do my 4+, I rested instead.
total for week - 13 booo......
