9/14 (Mon)- Blowflex; 2 mile walk treadmill
9/15 (Tues)- abs 2 & 4; 3.2 mile run outside
9/16 (Weds) - Blowflex; 3 mile walk treadmill**
9/17 (Thus)- abs; 2.5 mile run outside
9/18 (Fri) - abs 2 &3 ; cement work!
9/19 (Sat) - Rennfest! day of rest
9/20 (Sun) - 3 mile run outside (OUCH)
**right hip joint/back feel fairly descent - I'm still popping a pill or 2, but feels better.
