9/8 (Tues) - abs 1 & 3 ; 3 mile walk tm
9/9 (Weds) - Blowflex; 3 mile walk tm **chiropractor
9/10 (Thus) - abs 2 & 4 blowflex
9/11 (Fri) - abs 2 & 4; 3 mile run
9/12 (Sat) - rest
9/13 (Sun)- Abs; 2.5 mile run
really resting the hip /back - feeling a tad better - just a tad though
