4/20 (Mon) - Shred 1; Abs 2 (RAIN!)
4/21 (Tues) - 4 miles outside
4/22 (Wed) - Abs 3, 4; Shred 1
4/23 (Thu) - 2 mile run (my hip hurt & I was tired too)
4/24 (Fri) - rest, not feeling great
4/25 (Sat) - 3 miles; Blowflex
4/26 (Sun) - 5 miles! yeah me
NOTES:
4/21- RHJ felt good after doing Shred yestereday. I didn't go all out of the jacks and the side lunges, must have helped.
4/26 - felt great running, also did a lot of manual labor in the yard after it.
Total of 14 miles for the week; Shred 2 times
