Week of March 30th , 2009

3 /30 (Mon) - 3.5 miles outside - windy, but felt pretty good!
3/31 (Tues) - Abs 1; 3 mile run outside
4/1 (Wed) - Abs 2,3 ; Blowflex - (RHJ very achy today)
4/2 (Thu) - 4+ miles run outside
4/3 (Fri) - a rainy REST day
4/4 (Sat) - Abs 1,2 ; 3 mile run (and it was forced!)
4/5 (Sun) - 4 mile run outside; Level 1 of SHRED

I just bought 30 day shred. I thought I would incorporate this into my workouts....running isn't always best for the bod. Note to self, don't try and do SHRED after you just ran 4 miles. Also, I will celebrate the day when I can do ONE pushup- I am such a wuss, never have been able to do pushups, but I'm going to push myself to master them!

Total 17.5 miles for the week
