5/27 (Wed) - Abs 3,4; 6 mile run
5/28 (Thu) - blowflex; 3 mile run
5/29 (Fri) - 3.75 mile run
5/30 (Sat) - Abs 2,3,4; 3.5 mile run

5/31 (Sun)- 3.3 mile run

Total miles for the week: 26.55 miles - and I need a day of rest from running

5/19 (Tues) - 4.3 miles (rhj pain before run-okay during)
5/20 (Wed) - Abs 3,4; 3 mile run
5/21 (Thu) - 5 mile run (rhj a tad sore b4 & after run)
5/22 (Fri) - blowflex
5/23 (Sat) - Abs 4; 5.3 mile run
5/24 (Sun) - Rest day, because they kept me out WAY past my bedtime!


Total miles for the week : 17.6 miles would have been more if they didn't keep me out past my bedtime!!
