5/5 (Tues) - 3.5 mile run outside (rhj still HURTS)
5/6 (Wed) - 3 mile run outside (OUCH, tomorrow, no run)
5/7 (Thu) - Abs 2,4 ; Blowflex
5/8 (Fri) - 4 mile run (rest helped but rhj sore)
5/9 (Sat) - 3 mile run
5/10 (Sun) - 4 mile run

Total miles for the week : 21 miles
