This is Thanksgiving week, will be heading to Altoona, PA Weds. morning.
Sun. - 4 miles - (have to get to the chiropractor- back is out - I felt like I could have done more)
Mon. - 2.5 miles - (very tired this morning)
Tues. - 3.5 miles

- I made the transistion to veganizm Nov 2006, after being vegetarian since Aug 2000. I will never go back. I LOVE ANIMALS -I do not have the conflict of stating that I love animals but I turn around and gnaw on their flesh, use puss filled milk, or eat eggs from chickens that can't move around in their tiny cage...and yes, I do love PLEATHER. Grew up in Pennsylvania but now live in Michigan with my man, Goods and 4 cats, fish and a frog. Oh, and I run.
