Week of Aug 24th, 2009

8/24 (Mon)- Blowflex; 2 mile walk treadmill
8/25 (Tues)- Abs 1; 3 mile run
8/26 (Weds)- Abs 2; Blowflex; rest rhj
8/27 (Thus) - 4 mile run - felt okay, still pain
8/28 (Fri) - Abs 3 & 4; blowflex - resting hip
8/29 (Sat) - very painful 2 mile run
8/30 (Sun) - rest

**8/24 note: I am going to take it easy with my Right hip joint this week. I'm going to mix a lot of walking into maybe running on the school track (for extra cushion)
