9/28 (Mon)- Abs; Blowflex; 2 mile walk treadmill
9/29 (Tues)- Abs 2 & 4; 5 miles treadmill: 2.5 run/2.5walk **
9/30 (Weds)- Blowflex; 3 mile walk treadmill
10/1 (Thus)- Abs 3 & 4; 2 mile walk tm; cement work!
10/2 (FrI) - Cement rest day
10/3 (Sat) - Abs 2 & 4; 2 mile walk treadmill***
10/4 (sun)- 3 mile run outside! OUCH





**rhj feeling a tad better...we will seeeeee
***I was planning to run on the treadmill because my hip felt so good when I woke up. Once I got on the treadmill and walked, it started to hurt...thus the walk. hopefully tomorrow.
