11/2 (Mon)- Blowflex, 2.5 mile run outside
11/3 (Tues)- abs 1,2,4; 2 mile intense treadmill/ walked 1.5+ miles outsdie
11/4 (Weds)- Abs 2 & 3; blowflex; 3 mile walk treadmill
11/5 (Thus)- 2.5 miles intense treadmill
11/6 (Fri)- Abs 4; blowflex (resting hip / abs sore still - cool!)
11/7 (Sat)- 3 mile run outside (paid for it sunday)
11/8 (Sun)-abs 1,2 & 4
