10/26 (Mon) - Abs 1 & 4; walk 1 mile treadmill **
10/27 (Tues) - little blowflex; 2.5 mile run outside (a tad painful)
10/28 (Weds)- Abs 2 & 4/ blowflex (hips really bothered me BOTH)
10/29 (Thus) Abs 3 & 4 / 3 mile run outside - felt pretty good!
10/30 (Fri) - 2Abs 3 & 4 / 2 miles intense treadmill
10/31 & 11/1 - res


**decided to take it easy on the regular scheduled blowflex since we had firewood delivered and I did all the wheelbarrel work and stacked, altogether 5 cords of wood Sunday.
