10/19 (Mon)- Abs 1 & 2; blowflex (not feeling well today)
10/20 (Tues) - 3 mile run outside
10/21 (Weds) Abs1/ blowflex / 3 miles outside 2.5 run/.5 walk
10/22 (Thus) 2.5 mile run outside
10/23 (Fri)- Abs 2,3,4 / Blowflex
10/24 (Sat)- 2 mile treadmill intense workout
10/25 (Sun) - 3 mile run outside - felt pretty good (rhj)
