10/12 (Mon) - Abs 1 & 4; 2 mile walk/run treadmill
10/13 (Tues) - Abs 2 & 4; Blowflex; 2.5 mile outside run
10/14 (Weds)- Blowflex; 3 mile walk treadmill
10/15 (Thus)- Abs 3 & 4; 2.5 mile run outside
10/16 (Fri)- Blowflex; 3 mile walk treadmill
10/17 (Sat) - day of rest
10/18 (Sun) - Abs 4; 3 mile run outside **felt okay!not great but okay!




10/13 rhj is doing a lot better- not best yet, but better.
Tomorrow I will run again.
